Amazing pictures. Is the thread to submit pictures still open (sorry, have been away from FT for several weeks)? I also have some from my RTW trip which I could add.

Too late for "water" pictures, but "Red Rock" pictures are being accepted for the 3rd FT Trip Reports Photo Contest. Just check the stickies in the Trip Reports Forum.

lots of great photos!

that said, just one vote, for 004.

one, because one of the dogs in the photo is mine, and two, the photo was snapped poolside, smack dab in the middle of the Palm Springs FlyerTalk Gayla. Too perfect!

kudos on this photo contest idea. BTW, i think there are polling capabilities in the FlyerTalk software. peteropny used one in the GLBT forum recently, might be worth checking out, as the interest in your photo contests seems to be growing!^

These photos all take me place so otherworldly that I can only marvel and contemplate how limited my travel has been. In short, the photos take me on fascinating trips but I don't earn any miles. And three is way too few to choose. If we could choose, say 75, my pics might even earn a vote.

73 - vanishing point, symmetry, perspective......just great!

35 - stunning capture of the rocky lake bed mixed with breathtaking scenery- makes me want to be there!

41 - captures the moment beautifully - the mix of dull tones really makes it!

great work all ^
