I don't think they did on the aircraft but the media player was all that they needed and the service my children received exceeded what I have had before in first class!
In the lounge at STN they gave my youngest colouring books and pencils. Don't hesitate. I'm thinking of another wee family trip in the October holidays..... |
How long was the delay? Did they offer eos as an option for the delay or any compensation?

I think they would have put us on the next flight given all the flights from Washington to the UK had already left by the time the problem was known. However the fixed it quickly and looked after us well. |

Everybody loves to rag on Dulles, but if you had paid some attention during your stay there you should have seen signs of major improvements to come, not the least of which is a new underground tram that will run between the terminals, and result in the retirement of the Mobile Lounge. In 2-4 years, that airport will look and operate quite a bit differently, and it should be significantly improved. |
