Thanks - have a great time. Wish I had 5 weeks to take it slower. Maybe some day...

pjs I have been retired for almost 6 years. We travel about 4 months a year. Be patient your turn will come.

Thanks for your great TR, brought back some wonderful memories of Hanoi and the street food.

I have made a note of your boat company as I am off to Thailand at the end of November for almost a month (first trip) and going to be in Koh Samui for a week or so.

Not sure if you were aware, but December could potentially be a huge rain out in Koh Samui in December.

yeah i am familiar - tropical rain is wonderful to swim in - a pool - and I love sitting on a balcony watching the rain so its all good

we have a home in Bali - which we go to both during the dry and wet seasons so its all good

Thanks. 100 Degrees East was excellent. They are very safety-conscious and have much smaller groups than the other companies.

Thank you for this great TR! We are looking at potentially doing SE Asia for the first time this year and this really helped get me thinking about the planning. It looks like you had a great time!
