Just caught up with this thread. Bad luck about the missed connection - hope you are able to claim ORC.

Oh, and you are absolutely crazy (albeit in a good way), as is bisonrav with the itinerary posted upthrad. I salute your eccentricity!

Apologies for slow updates and lack of pics... Mobile roaming has been playing up!
With a b2b in CGK booked (2 in fact ) in 2 weeks time I'd appreciate any advice you could give me.
Whats the main hold up at CGK?
Are mobile boarding passes a possibility with sri lanken? what about possibly getting them printed in CMB when connecting on the original flight.

If you could have got a boarding pass printed could you have made it?

Which lounge @ FRA?

Personally I prefer the Cathay lounge. Have used JAL too but it’s not as nice in my opinion, particularly food. What do you think?

You on the 903- 767 back?

Had a shower in CX and now sat by the windows in the JAL one... Both average imo

767 back with only 3 of us in J

Was there anything at CGK that states check in closes 45 minutes before departure or similar? Could help your case with UL.

In fairness, my itinerary includes a fair amount of hotel staying, it's not all in the air like teledude, full props for the attempt at that. And it's essentially two trips tagged together for efficiency of time. But 1500 TP in total I think.

Is it possible to do a CGK - xCMB - DOH turnaround (turn around in DOH?)
Presumably one could OLCI with UL and clear transit security easily in DOH with that pass?
