Congrats and job well done! Now we don't have to deal with this person either as I always go through JFK...

Sean,

This trip report was linked at the CO forum so this is my first time reading it.

A most excellent read, my good sir!

Just curious, though... whatever happened with Lorenzo/Alexander?

I too missed this thread when it was first posted, but must thank you for a great detailed report. My favorite part was the letter from AA.

You should keep a few copies of the AA letter with you when you travel and maybe even your letter to AA. Then, when you are in a similar situation {where you are right and the other person is wrong) and after you try to reason with this difficult person, simply hand them a copy, say "this is what happened the last person who tried to pull this type of power trip on me" and go on your way.

For taking notes???????????? Great report.

They must have heard about your history of being an axe-murderer.

My friends tell me I'm a very patient and understanding person. Well, I think I would have gone postal experiencing what you went through. The horrors!!!

This is rather belated, but I have to say:
Very well played sir!
Nice to see somebody finally put these people in their place and show them that they won't get away with their games in EVERY situation.
