Good report CBF. Now we know where you have been. We have missed you in chat post the 1/28 fiasco (a.k.a Pats move on unimpeded again to New Orleans). http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Given the the experience the last time Pats went to New Orleans for the SB, let's hope history doesn't repeat itself.

(fingers crossed)

That wasn't, by any chance, back in 1985 when the Bears had a bit of fun with the Pats? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

(Of course, that was the last time the Bears ever came *close* to the SuperBowl) http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/rolleyes.gif

Always knew you Bears fans wouldn't let that one go....

Having the Fridge score the TD was just rubbing it in, IMO. The measure of a true fan is whether you managed to finish watching the game instead of turning it off in disgust by the third quarter like so many others.

CB4,

Where was my call...you were in my backyard? I could have taken you to a lot of local drinking establishments. I guess you owe me a cold one in Philly.

Interesting report, thanks. I like the details, and sorry USScareways has to play with the upgrade policy, KISS(Keep it simple stupid to USAir)!!!

When did they abolish the sundaes?? too cheap.

"Overall, US might have done better by uniformly applying their upgrade rules, but the trip still scores well, if for no other reason that I've learned not to hold bad karma against all of CA, but the parts without the nice people. "

I am still trying to figure out where I am in all this, LOL http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif.

Ok, as long as you know that there are good
people out here, http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif, but I will be the first
to admit that there are some bad as well.

It's too bad that the airlines have to go
cheap on us. They don't seem to realize that
as they make cutbacks, they also turn us off
their product. AA still has their sundaes and they are good, in fact, I was given
tiramisu and a sundae, then my neighbor followed my example and had 2. This on an
airline that has done away with magazines
on the plane and at Admirals Club, save
American Way, UGH! :=)))

Take care...
