My First Intl Flight Since You Know When

AA business class carried 12 pax in 28 seats on both directions on A-300s, EWR-LHR on outbound, LHR-JFK on return. First and coach appeared proportionally empty. On the outbound, the captain walked the aircraft and talked with most pax before entering the flight deck. (He asked me my occupation.)Plastic knives, forks and spoons replaced metal. The curtains separating the cabins remained open throughout the flights. AA flight attendants seemed warmer and friendlier than usual. Both flights were on time. My hotel in London -- the Millennium Gloucester in Kensington -- was 96% full.
