Belize Information??
 

Has anyone been to Belize recently? I'm planning a trip and would appreciate any information on where to stay, what to do, etc. Thanks in advance!

Been to Belize in December- We looked for diving and snorkeling places and did not do the mainland /jungle resorts. Ambergris Cay/San Pedro Sula has some resorts and hotels. Beaches are not beautiful, but you can take a short boat ride to the barrier reef. Ambergris Cay has become pretty developed lately. Caulker"s Cay has small B&B style hotels and is very charming- pastel colored houses, sand streets and very laid back. NYT Travel section devoted a big article in January to Caulker"s Cay. Enjoy
