When I flew YYZ-HKG on CX a year ago, I opted to get some sleep rather than have midnight dining and keep me awake for a few more hours as all that food digest. I would have thought a more sumptuous breakfast would suffice for this red-eye and light meals on demand offered at the beginning of the flight instead (noodles, salads).
