Missed this the first time around. Great read.
Moved from PDX to FL this year and made me miss my hometown.
The biscuit meal you had is called The Reggie Deluxe (based on the picture( and it is phenomenal.

Thanks for the great trip report. Humpy's is one of my favorite places to visit in Alaska. I get the halibut fish and chips. Understand why you didn't if you don't like fish. Next time, go to Moose's Tooth Pizza. They microbrew all their beers too.

I didn't realize this got bumped up with a feature on the front page. I have at least 2 more AK reports that i need to get around to posting, and another after the upcoming DO in Kodiak & Denali in September. I'm so bad at these reports and always get distracted and lose interest in finishing them. I'm glad everyone enjoyed this one report I actually finished.
