Nice trip report thanks - just goes to show you can have a great time on a budget! (not sure I would have hung out in Termini though!)

Great report thanks.
Whilst some may knock Ryanair, they are cheap. You get what you ask for, to travel Europe. |

My personal favourite of the many I've tried in Rome- Gelataria Frigidarium. The intense flavours with generous helpings make it a great treat

Great report. As for Ryanair, does it feel claustrophobic traveling with them? You know, because of the non-existent seat pitch and (correct me if I'm wrong) recline-less seats? I've never flown them and I've always wondered.

Boarding is a frenzy with people rushing all over the place, taking the "best" seats at the front and back, in the short 2h20 flight to Rome, the meal cart came down thrice, the attendant came down once selling newspapers and magazines (the sun, daily mail, OK magazine and the sorts), once selling scratch cards, once selling smokeless cigarettes...you get the point. Sleep is hard to get in flight, with the reclineless seats and the constant bombardments of the stuff they were selling. You should try it once :D |
