Help!
 

I need help trying to track down a customer service agent from IAH. Her name is Sxxxx Sxxxx and she works at a desk inside one of the terminals. I had a trip from hell last month and she absolutely saved the day. I've seen good customer service, I've seen bad customer service, but I had never seen the level of service she provided. It was like a guardian angel stepped into my life that day. I want to nominate her for for the Nominate an Employee program going on right now but they require the last four numbers of the employees ID number. Sadly, I didn't think to ask her that when she helped me out. Does anyone know her? Or is anyone flying through IAH and doesn't mind asking? This lady is unbelievably amazing and really deserves to be recognized.
