Like all the others have said: Great report!

BA F definitely on the bucket list.

Good to see you got some good weather in SFO to (no fog!)

Thanks worldtraveller73

So lucky with the weather! San Franciscans said it was the nicest start to January in decades!

What a great TR stu1985! Fun to see pics of my city from the visitor's perspective.
The CCR and new First look wonderful. I am determined to give BA First another try this year and look forward to a better non-strike experience.
Thanks for posting and sharing!

Great Trip Report!

San Fran is one of my favorite cities to visit and I can't wait to go back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed your TR and all the photos, the food certainly looked extremely good and glad you enjoyed it. The purser sounded as though he really cared about his job and it seems certainly a people person type of guy, and how thoughtful to go and get you some crisps from CW as you are allergic i take it to all forms of nuts. Thanks again for posting the trip, and as you say it will be extremely difficult to travel in any other class after doing a F trip, left hand turn is always the way to go, unless you hit the A380 then it is through the airbridge and turn R.^:D

What a nice treat it's been to get reacquainted with BA's First via your trip report and photos. It's been four years since I've logged a flight with BA, and I would love to return were it not for the excessively high taxes and surcharges that accompany each ticket. So, until that changes my travels will be entirely vicarious but thanks to your report this was a very nice trip!

Thank you Seat 2A - hope you manage to get back with BA one day :)

Very enjoyable TR. Looking forward to any future reports you may post! :)

Thanks for your report, hopefully I'll be back up front eventually! What was the load in F?

stu1985 Mar 10, 2012 11:34 am

Thanks EmpressofCanada and GodAtum!

I think the load was 100% in F. I didn't see a single seat empty when I got off at Heathrow. I think SFO is a very popular flight for the premium cabins and, after having experienced it myself, I can see why!
