Mini RTW in J : LH [A380] / SQ / AC / NH (pics)

I recently took a trip to Shanghai along the following routing:
The report is organized as follows:
Part I: Los Angeles – Tokyo (Singapore Airlines)
Part II: Tokyo – Shanghai – Tokyo (ANA) + a few pictures from the Shanghai Museum
Part III: Tokyo – Frankfurt (Lufthansa on the A380)
Part IV: Frankfurt – Montréal (Air Canada)

Airline: SQ

Seat: 17C (upper deck)

Miso soup
Chateau Lacombe-Noaillac 2005
Peppered fillet mignon with mustard jus, chanterelle mushrooms, fava beans, and paprika red potatoes (“Book the Cook”)
Chocolate peanut butter ice cream with vanilla banana sauce and pistachio nut
Ham with potato salad, ranch dressing
Fried southern style chicken served with coleslaw and mashed potatoes
This dish rates a big miss – mostly just chicken skin and bones.
Caramel with spiced pear and vanilla bavarois
