Best for me would either be the SFO Intl or DTW Macnamara Terminal.
Worst would hands down be MEX. If I never go there again I can die happily.

Best is probably ICN or NRT. Domestically, the best airport, based on all my experiences there, is probably SNA. No security lines, the gates are right there so there's no walking. Never a delayed flight. The smaller airports are probably a winner for me than the larger ones (e.g., DTW, etc.).
Worst: LAX, JFK, LGA, LAS

Horses for courses, but all around - best in my view is either CPH or HKG (I have cleared customs, picked up luggage and been on the Airport Express in 15 minutes on a number of occasions). Worst - a tie between Dhaka and LGA.

Best - DTW for a large airport, CHO for a small airport. Both well-designed and plenty of room.
Worst - JFK Terminals 2/3. The day those get bulldozed, I'll be celebrating with champagne.

Best: Singapore (SIN) ^
Worst: Luanda, Angola (LAD)
I'll take 50 trips thru most of your 'worst' airports over any trip into Luanda, trust me on that.

Best: Mauritius (MRU) It's has the best public restrooms I have ever been in. Anybody
that I have talked to that has been to MRU, agrees with me on this.
Worst: can't think of any at the top of my head, but I remember the only time I went through JFK it stank of sewage while waiting at immigration. It could have been someone around me,though.

Worst, LAX long queues at Immigration and rude and unpleasant generally
Best, SIN from stepping off the plane to stepping foot inside my downtown hotel 22 minutes. No queues, fast baggage, clean and friendly. In fact all that LAX isnt.
Honorable mentions to ICN, HKG, DFW and PSP
