So, how does it work? I assume you visit it after you collect your bags, but what do you do with them then? do you drag them in with you? seems weird. Then what? Can they get you a limo and stuff? Just wondering. :confused:

I used the arrivals lounge in ZRH earlier this year. The food selection limited, but there are four or five showers and two "quiet" areas with reclining chairs. There is a fair amount of magazines/newspapers available as well.

I didn't check any bags nor inquire about limousine service, but there is an area for bag storage in the lounge and two attendants who might be able to help you with ground transportation.
