How old were you the first time you flew on someone else's(not blood related) dime?

There are a large number in the UK (including several who post here) who as kids were with their parents in overseas locations, especially the UK Commonwealth, and went to boarding school back in Britain. Such arrangements were very common, and continue to some extent. Both the travel to/fro each term, and indeed the actual school fees, would be met by the parent's employer as part of their overseas contract. A significant amount of this falls on the UK government for diplomats, government advisers, etc. A generation ago it was a real travel peak to see hundreds of schoolkids at Heathrow headed for Africa or Asia at the start of the school holidays.

My parents took me to their annual vacation when I was only 7 months old. That included flying to France, Italy, and Spain.
Excluding parents, I was 20 years old when a company paid for my ticket from Roanoke, VA to NYC for a job interview.
