Does anybody know how to decipher these codes?

I'm flying from ATL to TBS (Tbilisi) via AMS, from TBS to ARN (Stockholm) via IEV (Kiev), and then from ARN to ATL via AMS.

The problem I have is that I booked this on a single ticket for convenience but am being reimbursed for the different segments by two separate entities. So I need to itemize the fares/taxes/fees for the flights (or at least segments) so I can get properly reimbursed.

I got this (see below) from the airlines figuring I could read it, but...

Anyone know how to decipher this accurately?

A travel agent should be able to do this easily. You could try the gate at the airport or at check-in if you are early and no line is there.
The different segments and class of service you were booked in, and tax

Some is easy and some not so much.

This is the breakdown of the base fare, segment by segment:

The fare is calculated in NUCs, a generic currency unit that simplifies fare pricing across multiple currencies. It is pegged 1:1 to the USD so that should make that part easier to convert.

I believe the fare is actually pricing as:
ATL-AMS//STO-ATL - $571
AMS-TBS - $783
TBS-STO - $252.26

This is all the taxes and fees:

These are a bit harder to read, but my understanding is the following:

XT32.20 - US Customs Departure & Arrival fees
US5.00 - US APHIS fee
XA2.50 - US 9/11 fee
AY19.44
CJ16.94
RN5.36 - Netherlands noise charge
VV22.00 - Georgia Passenger fee
GE4.96 - Georgia Security fee
JA4.00 - Ukraine tax
UA2.00 - Ukraine state charge
UD8.50 - Ukraine international airport tax
YK19.44 - Swedish passenger charge
YA4.50
XF ATL4.5 - ATL Passenger Facility Charge

I'm not positive what the other ones in there are and I cannot get them to easily match up to the various taxes and fees that I see in ITA for a similar itinerary.

This is the summary of base fare, taxes and total:
