As mentioned many times, consulting.
I'm a developer, and I've actually done the most traveling for work for recruiting at colleges... the caveat there is that I worked at some huge companies that hire a ton of straight-out-of college software engineers, and I think the fact that I'm a girl got me invited on most of those trips. They would fly in 5-6 developers to a given school, and they tried to have at least 1 girl developer at each presentation/recruiting session. Since, well, there aren't so many girl devs out there, we got invited on the trips proportionally more often. Especially those of us who were willing to interview 20+ college students in a day & could write up somewhat coherent feedback at the end of it. Soo... if you get hired somewhere that does a lot of college recruiting, see if you can figure out how to get invited on those trips. They can be lots of fun, and you get to go see a lot of schools.
