Annual mult-trip Travel Insurance for US residents
Does anybody know of any decent annual travel insurance policy for US residents that cover multiple trips, business or personal? Ideally, the policy should have elements of both medical insurance (incl. emergency evacuation) as well as travel insurance (e.g. lost or delayed baggage).
These policies are fairly cheap for European residents but exhorbitant for US residents; benefits are also pretty meagre compared to products available to non-US residents.

Medical evacuation insurance is probably the most important aspect.
For combined medical/trip insurance, take a look at
http://www.imglobal.com.
For evacuation insurance the best is
http://www.medjetassist.com/
Remember that insurance for non-US residents is much cheaper because many have government sponsored medical insurance. Makes a big difference in the cost!

Here are two brokers/comparison sites:
http://www.insuremytrip.com
http://www.squaremouth.com
EDIT: I couldn't find any multi-trip info on squaremouth.com, but here's the direct link to insuremytrip.com's multi-trip comparison:
http://www.insuremytrip.com/myquotec...0-1025422.html
SECOND EDIT:
Squaremouth.com also offers multi-trip policies, but you first have to enter a single trip in their quotation engine.
Scroll down to "Annual Travel Insurance Frequent travelers unlimited short trips." once you get a quote. They also have a section for "Medical Evacuation Plans Coverage for medical evacuation and repatriation only", some of which are yearly multi-trip plans.
With all multi-trip plans, watch out for the coverage limitation on the length of each trip.

It also covers medical expenses not covered by your own insurance regardless of where you are(some medical insurance only works in the US for example)
But it is limited to 45 days away from home. I don't schedule any longer than 4 weeks now so it is ideal for me.
It is available as an offer if you have an AMEX card.
