Thailand to Myanmar and return, walking and the re-entry stamp to Thailand says "Walking" as well.

China to Hong Kong by train. This was in 1992 so they really were separate countries. Noting that HKG is now an SAR of China does this count any more?

Probably most in Europe, the middle east, se asia but also, if it counts, I cross the border twice daily between Wales and England. It is certainly much quicker now there are no border guards, fences, soldiers, and the road bypasses Offa's Dyke.

Here is my list - split into existing borders, borders that no longer exist and borders that exist now but didn't exist at the time. Most crossings were in both directions, some borders I only ever crossed in one direction (such as the ones that involve Liechtenstein - also, I only ever crossed the Oresund bridge in one direction)

Current borders
---------------
USA-Canada (car, bus)
USA-Mexico (foot)

Norway-Sweden (train)
Sweden-Denmark (train)
Denmark-Germany (train, car)
Germany-Netherlands (train, car)
Germany-Belgium (train, car)
Netherlands-Belgium (train, car)
Germany-Luxembourg (car)
Luxembourg-France (car)
Belgium-Luxembourg (train, car)
Germany-France (train, car)
UK-France (train)
Germany-Switzerland (train, car, ferry)
France-Switzerland (train, car)
Switzerland-Austria (train, car)
Liechtenstein-Switzerland (car)
Austria-Liechtenstein (car)
Germany-Austria (train, car, foot)
France-Italy (train, car)
France-Monaco
Switzerland-Italy (train, car)
Austria-Italy (car, foot)
Austria-Slovenia (car)
Italy-Slovenia (car)
Hungary-Austria (train)

Former Borders
--------------
West Germany to East Germany (train, car, bus, bicycle)
Germany to Czechoslovakia (car, foot)
Austria to Yugoslavia (train, bus)
Yugoslavia to Hungary (train)
Yugoslavia to Greece (train)

Borders that weren't borders at the time
---------------------------------------
Slovenia to Croatia
Croatia to Serbia
Serbia to Macedonia
Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina
Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia
Bosnia and Hercegovina to Montenegro

Mine looks positively boring in comparison:
China<->HK (rail)
Italy<->Vatican City (but that isn't really a border the same way a regular national border is...)

I usually travel between places where it is not possible to cross by land.

Yeah, HK to Macau is a difficult one.. whether to count this or not. However there are ferries from the HK airport direct to Macau, and you go through immigration in Macau. Not sure if there are any other places like this.

Also would Aland Islands/Finland to Sweden count, similarly ferry Argentina to Uruguay? But they do share a land border at least.

Many of my land crossings were actually on foot. When I lived in Geneva we used to do grocery shopping by walking over the boder to France. I've skied from Switzerland into Italy and from Spain into France. Other land borders include the Chunnel (UK-France), Benelux (across and thru all 3), Luxembourg-Germany, and a bunch more in Europe. Also Kenya-Tanzania
