Will prices drop?

Any feelings on whether ticket prices will raise or lower due to the economy? I can see it swinging either way. I need to book a trip in January and wondering if I should hold off or not.

I typically book 60-90 days in advance -- organized meetings with days known well in advance

Purchases lowest economy fares, non-refundable -- Presently have 4 open itineraries and use yapta to track

All 4 have seen prices decreases in the past two weeks -- low cost fare class have opened, usually Ws changing to S
