Flightaware accuracy question
 

I have seat assignments for the MileageAddict family to fly IAD-FRA tomorrow on LH. The website says it is an Airbus A330. However, Flightaware is showing an A340 for tomorrow. It seems the A340 has sometimes substituted a few time in the past

I called LH customer service and was informed it will be an A330.

Who do I believe???

Flightaware tends to have some lags in my experience.

I don't know who is right to be honest, but i'd lean toward the airline itself having more up-to-date information.
