How to find the reg. no of the plane operating a particular flight?

Is there a way/tool/website that can tell me the reg. no of the aircraft operating a particular flight after the the flight has departed?
For e.g. If I want to know on 03/14 before/after the actual dep time, which aircraft operated CO152 on 03/14

Thank you in advance..

Aircraft Reg. Number

This link will give you the information after couple of months. I don't know if there is another site that will give you the information as the flight is beginning.

For Continental flights between yesterday and day after tommorrow, you can use http://pda.continental.com/info to check status. CO152 for 3/14 will be using 762 #160.

Using planespotters.net, you can find that it's N68160.
