what's up with all these full planes and expensive airfares?

isn't there a recession going on!?

can we expect spring deals soon?

If planes are full, why should airlines reduce their fares?

I am sure that the continually rising cost of gas is not helping. I too am desperately hoping for some decent spring/summer fare sales.

So far, it's been pretty slim picking for me too. I need some good SIN or BKK fare!

As an unfrequent and just occasional leisure traveler:

each dollar increase = $5 increase for me as I typically buy 5 tickets at a time!

So a "cheap" fare of $250 is much better than the $435 fares I'm seeing!

At least NK helps me keep some of my costs down...
