Zero Halliburton Zeroller
I'm considering purchasing a Zero Halliburton - Zeroller, possibly the 21" Carry-On with Suiter. Any thoughts/opinions on this bag or Zero Halliburton in general?
Thanks in advance. |
I have 3 pcs of the Zero Zeroller collection. The carry-on, a 24" & a 32". I absolutely love all of them.
The first time you check 1 though you have to be prepared to get your bag back with scratches, dents etc. but it is VERY durable luggage. Going on almost 9 yrs on the 24" bag. It has been around the world many times and is still holding out. I would never check any soft side luggage so hardside was the way to go for me. I do get strange looks when I have 2 or 3 of the zero bags at one time. It looks like I am carrying nuclear bombs. |
do they have a warranty like briggs & riley?

It doesn't appear from the online photo that you can put a TSA approved lock on the case. How do you handle this? |

By the way, I echo the advice TMOTEE gave about dings on the bag. MY ZH 21" bag has been on less than ten trips, and it looks like it's been through a war. Corners are dented in, big scratches all over, but just as sturdy as when new. Don't spend extra for a fancy colored finish. I have yet to be on a flight where there was more than one ZH bag on the baggage claim carousel. |
