there are a lot of people who have reportedly bought tickets to Kazakhstan thru a massive free for all at this forum...try asking around there

You might be interested in my cousin- he's a 20 something lives in DCA but is in Kazakhstan right now - he left the states on the 12th and is there for some 2 week class which includes volunteering to watch some election going on there right now. I will PM you his email addy
