European Flight Delays - Database?
 

In the US, there is a database listing all flight delays hosted at http://www.bts.gov

Is there a similar database for European flights? I'm most interested to see something that shows the reason for the delay to individual flights as well (eg, weather or mechanical) so that I can work out whether they are eligible for compensation under EU regulations.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
