Not me. An hour before takeoff one or two 5mg or 10mg Valium and 1-2 drinks, board the plane, put on the Bose NC headphones and blanket and get nice and comfy. I cant remember a takeoff for 10 years, always sleep through the meal and a gentle shake by the FA an hour before landing for the OJ and roll and I feel rested.

I'm 6'3 - For me "Economy Class Aircraft Seat" and "Nice and Comfy" are oxymorons. To even snooze on one I've got to medicate so heavily I'm barely functional on arrival.
