BA on seatcounter

I am trying to find out how many seats are left on my friend's flight from MAN-LHR-LAX, but when i enter the info into seatcounter, no BA flights show up ( i am putting ba in the box three times). She is leaving on the 1st april BA 1385 and BA0283, rtn on the 12th BA0287 and BA1394. Do BA flights just not come up or am i doing something wrong?

I did a dummy booking on ba.com and NO flights are available for the entire week she is back- i know its easter- could there be a few VDBs on offer?

any info greatly appreciated

BA used to shows up on seatcounter :confused: Like you, I can't get it to do it, even when I split the routing, but I can make a dummy booking on the dates she wants to travel.

However, BA is arguing with some of the GDS companies. Not a lot of detail but http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...hlight=amadeus suggests that there are some changes happening which might affect access through seat counter.

BA 1385 does not operate on week-ends:

yeah she just told me they changed her from the 1385 to the later one that arrives LHR 925AM- thanks for the loads though!
