Northernmost - Big Kizhi Island, 62° N
Southernmost - EZE (the airport, as it is south of the city), 34°49' S
Now, assuming my central longitude would be Moscow, where I'm based (37°36' E):
Westernmost - Healdsburg, CA (122°51' W) or somewhere else in Sonoma
Easternmost - Shanghai, 121°28 E
Lame, I know...

Northern Most : Tromso,Norway
Southern Most : Drove South East from Melbourne ,Au to a place called Snake Island ,then found out I could have driven even further south if I took a different road, but by then all I wanted to do was get back to civilization..
In the continental US .. North was Seattle,
South was Key West

Northernmost: Reykjavik 63°59'06"N
Southernmost: Somewhere over Antarctica, ~70°S
I did one of the Antarctica sightseeing flights from Sydney a few years ago.. we got well within the Antarctic circle.
If only land counts, then Punta Arenas: 53°00'10"S
