Good Morning,

I wanna know if it is commun , when you change your travel date, and in this date you're placed you are put in a class cheapest then the last one.( both are economy class)

If the company give the credit ( diference of the price between the classes) to the client ?

Or the company can not give the credit , and do a REFARE ?

Sorry if i am saying silly things, but i am confusing with the meaning of REFARE.

I am not sure I understand your question, but I'll answer as best I can. Are you asking if you make a change to a ticket, and the change results in a lower fare, will you be given a refund? If so, the answer in many cases is yes. However, beware that in many of the discount fare classes a change fee may be involved. So you will receive the fare difference minus the change fee.

One additional note. Quite often that change fee oklAAhoma mentions can be more than the fare reduction. In that case, you would be required to pay the difference. The net effect is that it isn't always a good idea to change your ticket to get a cheaper price as the refund might not cover the change fee.

Ok i get it

But exist some companys that do not charge a fee for doing a alteration in the ticket, but they do not give the credit of the diference of classes.

People told me that is called REFARE.
They equal the balance , so the balance in the end is zero, and do not need to give the credit to the client.
