Calling the Amadeus experts
 

So I made an award reservation using my CSA Czech airlines miles on AF over christmas. However the connection is really bad so I'm waitlisted in business class on some OK flights as well. I have a gold card with CSA so I asked them to add it to get priority on the waitlist. Through work I have access to Amadeus and the next day took a look at the PNR and saw that they had added my FF number as a FQTR number, for the AF segemts it is HK1 (ie confirmed). However for the for the CSA segments it is unconfirmed, showing NO1. There is also a SSR added from the CSA robot saying that FQTR on HL (waitlist) is not possible.

I made a dummy booking and got the same result. However if I added my FF number as a FQTV element it comes back as confirmed. I asked CSA if they could change it to this but they say no claiming that CSA anyway sees that I am a gold member.

I'm doubtful, will CSA really see that I should get priority on the waitlist even though it has been unconfirmed? Just curious.. Thank you for your help!
