Oldest Elite?
 

So, we've all seen the threads here on FT about who is the youngest person with elite status. I've never seen one on who is the oldest. I just nominated my 91 year old grandmother to Silver Preferred on US Airways. Can anyone beat that?

I'm sure there is someone older who has lifetime status on AA.

The real challenge would be, who is the oldest person with current status earned by BIS miles - not by lifetime status, nomination, matching, or challenge.
