Airline pillows

British Airways have square ones with horrible, itchy covers. Virgin Atlantic's are smaller, or rather, rectangular, and have the same fabric covers. I think these covers are only used once and thrown away. Singapore Airlines' pillows are, in my experience, the nicest; plump with silky smooth covers (made of cotton?)

Which airline has the best pillows? (specifically in economy/ premium economy).

Edited to add: Hmmm...guess this is a crap topic then.

But no! Lie on them once and you will get mange, dropsy, the clap, hard pad and athlete's head! I will not use an airline pillow without first boil-washing it in caustic soda for 3 hours. And frankly, I would not let anyone visit my company who had used one without this reasonable precaution!

(As an answer, I was rather impressed by NZ's J pillows and duvet... But I can't comment on how they were in Y, it's years since the previous time I went to NZ.)

I bring my own:

100% down (so it squishes down to a small size in my carry-on and plumps up nicely when I pull it out), with a 440 thread count Egyptian cotton pillow case. Much better than those nasty airline pillows.
