I'm new to the site but not to the aviation industry. What is the best way to explore job opportunities at GECAS?

I don't have any direct experience with GECAS, but the entire GE corporate family is very regimented about hiring (compliance is a big corporate culture thing there). There's probably a webpage on which all openings are posted; some of the best positions probably have private short-lists, but it can't hurt to find it and bookmark it.
