RTW from IST
 
Can anyone give me some tips on booking a RTW ticket IST-PVG-ORD-LHR (LGA or MAN)-IST? Most of my miles are on THY.

Most round the world sites seem to originate in the US so it seems tricky from here.

You can start a RTW pretty much anywhere in the world. You don't say if you want to buy a RTW ticket or redeem miles to get a RTW ticket, or in which class you want to travel.

As you have miles with AA/TK your best bet would be to read the stickies in the OneWorld forum on the rules for RTW tickets with them. You might also want to look at the stickies in the Star Alliance forum for alternative sources for RTW tickets, although you cannot earn or burn AA or TK(yet!) with them.
