I concur

Booze oh and maybe Ben and Jerry's!

Glenlivet single-malt whisky, though (IMHO, this is a subject on which far more knowledgeable people than I disagree) it's far from the best representative of that category.

Hmmmm....

Let's see....

Ossetra caviar, Krug Champagne, Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Champagne, JW Blue, Tiganello, Cru Bordeaux...., etc, etc.

Of course, not all of the above are found on AA planes, except that one my be able to see a Cantemerle or Lynch Moussas once in a while...... sadly the Belle Epoque is not to be seen anywhere now on AA, even in F..... sigh

The Salmon filet with the semi-sweet sauce was pretty darn good. Too bad AA decided to kill it.

Actually, it is still served in J to and from CDG...had some just this past Monday.

Most memorable:

AA: fresh, hot biscuits (Domestic F)
UA: carmelized onion soup (Int'l F)
TG: caviar + Dom (Int'l F)
SQ: Lobster thermidor (Int'l F)
SK: Smoked salmon w/ iced vodka (Int'l Biz)

Umm sundaes...

Unfortunately, you can't get them any more... the sundaes with caramel and hot fudge followed with a coffee loaded with Bailey's, Amaretto and Kailua. :D

Surprisingly, every time I've had lamb chops / rack of lamb / lamb shank on an airplane (in F/J) it's been pretty darn good. AA, CX, CO, BA. ^

Ice cream sundaes usually work out nicely too.

So does posting topics where they belong. ;)

The seafood noodles in SQ J are wonderful. They were served for breakfast on SIN-NRT.
