Without even looking at the site, the grammar and capitalization errors tell me it's amateur hour (not that every legitimate company has well-edited copy, but...). The lack of phone support and a private mail box company for the address are also red flags.

I think the fact that the site is only 4 days old is what makes it a bit shady. Also the domainsbyproxy.com thing is a great way to hide ones true self.
