Flying KK to NZ
 

Well the 1 hour flight to BNE is nothing.
On the first few flights to NZ I noticed people were taking boxes on the 3 hour flight across the Tasman. I was curious and asked the MAF (bio-security guys) if they are legal. Yes was the answer as the cream in them are fake but steer away from the custard ones....
Any way, when I am goign back a forward I have requests for them....no mark-up but a little currency hedging....
Secret for the better tasting KK is to heat them up in a microwave for 8-10 seconds.... :D

Hasn't yet been mentioned. But. . . .
If you microwave KK for 10 seconds they "refresh" to that new KK texture, smell, and taste.

I dunno. The glaze seems to run after a day. It wouldn't seem like microwaving would restore the original glaze texture, just the pastry texture.

Either way, I've eaten my last KK. They give me the wind.
