Tokyo - Shibuya ward - intersection of Dogen-zaka and Bunkamura dori! Also known as the largest crossing of its kind - known well as the "Hachiko crossing" (seen in Lost in Translation)

No,no..... Many locals wont even know the exact location of Jalan Sultan Ismail.

For Kuala Lumpur, its either Petaling Street or Jalan Bukit Bintang

Princes Street in Edinburgh was already mentioned, but EDI has two famous streets, the other being The Royal Mile, which runs between Edinburgh castle and Holyrood palace. EDI also has the Cowgate, which is an infamous street (ply it on a weekend and you'll see why).
