Bribe FA for upgrade?!?

An associate (with 'flexible' morals...) was bragging that he has successfully bribed FA for Upgrades (most likely Biz to 1st).
Has anyone else tried this?
What kind of a reaction might someone get if they tried!?

I am tempted to call 'BS' on him... but thought I'd try posting to see if you all had any comments.
