Hello everyone,

My name is Christine. I am a fourth year student in the Bachelor of Tourism Management at Thompson Rivers University, British Columbia, Canada. I am conducting a survey for my graduation project about the role of e-word of mouth communications and its effect on travelers’ behaviours. This is an anonymous self-administered survey dedicated to flyertalk members. Your response or opinion will be of great value to my research project. The survey period is from Nov 14 to Nov 20. I wouldn't normally correct people' spelling mistakes, but if you're submitting this for a degree it might be important for it to look good: "dining" is spelt like that, not with a double "n".

Maybe her 'n' is sticky. I'm assured by her website that I'm taking an 'annonymous' [sic] survey.
