As a United FF, I've seen a lot of this over the past couple of years...most notably meal service, and now they don't even print menus in first. And in economy, good luck finding a pillow and blanket (as gross as they are, very helpful on cold, late flights.

Websites the greatest thing in the airline industry? Obviously United customers weren't included in the survey...
