The only reason Bajaj is being prosecuted is because private parties were selling pornography made by and of high school age CHILDREN.

The Indian supreme court and high court judges are going to assign criminality where it rightfully belongs and toss out the charges against him eventually. When criminals make a criminal arrangement on the phone, the phone company CEO is not convicted of a crime for having a phone service available to the general public. That holds true in India and in the US generally.
