Baggage Lost
 

I am panicking this morning - don't know whether this has been covered before or not. I picked up my bag from my BA flight to Seattle and took it through customs. From there, I put it on the moving belt for it to go on to my Horizon shuttle flight. Who is responsible? - neither airline has possession at that point. I had two hours between flights and it did have a priority tag on it although I don't suppose that would make any difference. Thought maybe I could get some pointers for speaking to them this morning. Thanks
