Advice needed on luggage mishandling
Recent golf trip started with a 2 day delay in the arrival of my clubs.
Ended up having to rent clubs, buy shoes, balls and other accessories. Up front, American said they would refund the club rentals. I believe I'm due more. What should I shoot for and what's the best course to take in filing the complaint????? |
