Booking different segments in different classes
 

Does anyone know of any online travel agents/websites that allow this? itn.net used to a while ago, but not anymore.

(By different classes I mean for example business outbound and economy inbound, although I would be interested in any website sophisticated enough to get down to the fare class level).

This is usually more up to the airline than the travel agency, since it's rarely economic to book what amounts to two one-ways... although a few carriers (NH comes to mind) do offer special prices for Y+C fares.
