Views from Sporting Venues
 

I came across a website totally by accident once which allowed you to select the sporting venue and sport you wanted and then a particular seating section. The site would then bring up a picture of the view from the seats in that section.

It was a tremendously helpful site but I cannot, for the life of me, recall the address and various permutations and combinations of Google searches have proven fruitless...

Any ideas?

Try the History bar in your browser. In IE, use View->Explorer Bar->History. Will allow you to just see the addresses you've been to today.

This will give you most of the major professional sports venues.

I've used seatdata and it's been helpful. Also, you can try the websites of the individual stadiums. Some of them may now have the picture-view feature. Good luck!
