Great question! Of those that have been mentioned already I've been on:

British Airways
USAir/USAirways (then & now)
Delta
TWA
Pan Am (but only the pan am shuttle...the coporate jet...those of you who remember the commercial can sing along)
Air France
SAS

I also think I might have flown the Trump Shuttle way back when but I can't really remember.

Crazy go nuts!

You people are amazing! That's a lot of butt-in-seat flying right there... As a relatively "new" FF (4-5 years), I've only flown on:
  • United Airlines (and all the UX affiliates)
  • Frontier Airlines
  • US Airways
  • American Airlines (and American Eagle)
  • Continental Airlines (and CO Express)
  • British Airways
  • TWA
  • Air France
  • British Midland
  • Finnair
  • Lufthansa
  • SAS
  • Cimber Air
  • Mexicana
  • Austrian Airlines
  • EgyptAir

That's all I can think of for now! Maybe more will come to me later.

Impressive listings so far, I can only add a couple:

Air 2000 (charter from London to TLV)
Air Sinai (fully owned EgyptAir subsidiary that exists solely to keep the Zionist entity off Egyptair's route maps )
Arkia (domestic Israeli flights)
Berjaya Air (XSP-TIO/TIO-SZB)
Buzz (extinct British LCC first known as klm-UK and later swallowed by EasyJet)

And in case you're wondering, XSP is Singapore Seletar, TIO is Tioman Island (Malaysia), SZB is Kuala Lumpur Subang, and Berjaya's Dash-7 turboprops are the only scheduled flights using any of these three airports...! FWIW, SZB used to be KUL before the new airport opened.

And the rest of the usual suspects:

Air Asia
Air Malta
All Nippon Airways
American Airlines
Aseana
Austrian Airlines
El Al
Egyptair
Finnair
Icelandair
Japan Airlines
Lufthansa
Malaysian Airlines
Malev
Northwest
SAS
Singapore Airlines
Thai
Tyrolean
United

Significant in their absence: Air France, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, KLM -- can you tell which alliance I prefer? I've probably flown these and more in my days as a globetrotting brat, but too long ago to remember.
